John I. Simpson
From company acquisition dispositions to negotiations and strategic planning, John has utilized his communications skills and problem solving abilities to effectively manage relationships among clients, employee groups and stakeholders.
He has developed expertise solving complicated problems while working as a manager and executive for sophisticated organizations including extensive knowledge and experience with foreign owners and boards.
An analytic, results-oriented approach to problem solving has allowed him to build a track record of solid accomplishments.
Judith C. Collier
Judy served as Vice President of Beers Associates, a fully accredited philanthropy and fundraising consulting firm. Most recently she served as Director of Development for the University of Maine.
Bion A. Foster
Bion has a proven track record in business development and expansion, having utilized his entrepreneurial drive to establish or acquire dozens of companies during his business career. He offers administrative, planning, and development expertise in business planning and development expertise in business creation and nurturing business success.
Business creation and expansion requires a management structure and a culture based on sound planning, appropriate equity and debt ratios, proper financing, and marketing strategies for success.

Richard I. Stone
Richard Stone brings 40 years of fiscal management, cost strategy and business budgeting experience to the Innovative Solutions Team. His corporate resume is rich in results that include reducing operational and labor costs, increasing profit margins and inventory management, to developing organizational efficiency and delivering consistent increases in shareholder value.
Richard's private sector experience includes being the previous Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Standard Electric Company in Bangor, Me., and subsequent National Director of WESCO, the largest electrical component distributor in North America.
During his ten-year tenure at WESCO, Richard oversaw facilities in the United States and also had exposure in Canada and Mexico. In this position, WESCO grew to record profits as his group worked to expand sales and profitability.
Richard is also a commercial real estate developer, and has managed all aspects of the design/build process.
His public sector experience includes being elected to the Maine State Legislature. He also served four terms on the Bangor City Council, serving as Chair of the city's Finance Committee for four years as well as a two-term Mayor of Bangor.
Richard lives in Bangor with his wife Sue and they have four children, Justin, Adam, Gabby and Ella.
Melissa S. Donnelly
Melissa has served as a Business Counselor at Northern Maine Development Commission, a consultant with Marketing Advertising Planning, Inc., and as an instructor of marketing and economics at Husson University.
Melissa lives in Brewer with her husband Jim and three sons.
Richard B. Bronson Jr.
Rick brings a range of expertise to the municipal consulting team. Rick brings three decades of public operations, budgeting and administration experience as a fire fighter, emergency management director and fire chief.
Serving as a member of the Bangor City Council as well as having served on the board of directors for the Penobscot Regional Communications Center, Rick understands the financial and political challenges behind the tough decisions municipal governments face.
As a business owner for over 30 years, Rick has first hand experience with private sector challenges as owner of Rick Bronson Productions.
In that capacity, Rick has employed dozens of people, trained many in a number of crafts and successfully produced more than 400 shows and productions of all types.
Rick has worked with community leaders from all corners of Maine and understands both the regional and statewide issues facing our economy.
